Something new at Studio30 Plus. Every week we give out a writing prompt. One word to inspire a blog post, however you want to create it. This week, the word is concrete.

Life is full of concrete.

Those moments when you crash into it with full force.

Smashing into it.

Concrete doesn’t budge.

It’s unforgiving at best.

Concrete is final.

You know exactly when you hit it.

Concrete is impassable.

It’s also a refuge.

It’s a platform to rest upon.

A pillar to lean against.

It exhibits strength and stability when all you desire is to simply stop falling.

Life is full of concrete.
